Steven Garrett

STEVEN GARRETT has experience advising and representing individuals, public agencies, and Fortune 500 companies before California state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels.  He has represented clients in complex litigation involving diverse practice areas such as products liability, labor and employment, real estate and commercial litigation.  Mr. Garrett has obtained favorable results for clients at arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, administrative hearings, and court hearings. 

Prior to joining Teraoka & Partners, Mr. Garrett worked at large international law firms such as Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Greenberg Traurig LLP. 

Mr. Garrett graduated from Texas A&M University with degrees in Finance and Management in 1999, and from the University of San Francisco Law School in 2002.  As a law student, he was a Law Faculty Scholar, a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review, and won the CALI Excellence for the Future Award.  He also served as a Law Clerk for San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office during law school.

In his free time, Steven enjoys playing basketball, spending time in Tahoe, and rooting for his favorite sports teams.
