Naho Shioguchi

NAHO SHIOGUCHI is a certified paralegal, having graduated with highest honors from San Francisco State University’s Paralegal Studies Program, an American Bar Association accredited paralegal program.  She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from Kobe College in Japan in 2000.  Originally from Hiroshima, Japan, Ms. Shioguchi utilizes her bilingual language skills and cross‑cultural understanding to help facilitate discussions and negotiations in cross‑border transactions between the United States and Japan.  She has assisted in California jury trial preparation and has hands‑on experience in a courtroom trial, handling exhibits, document preparation and trial evidence presentation.  She assists in general commercial and corporate transactions, particularly in the area of business entity formation and compliance.  She has also assisted in due diligence for M&A.  She assembles and processes executive immigration applications.  Because of her cross‑cultural experience, she is completely fluent in Japanese and has been able to interpret and translate in a variety of forums.
